The Co op Vocational Learning Project was a pilot program with an objective of reducing barriers to employment faced by English-Speaking Indigenous people living in Quebec. This guide was created to help educational and community organisations take steps to partner with local employers to reduce barriers face by job seekers made redundant through industry change and reduce workforce shortages though short, tailored training programs.
This mock-magazine was created as a part of a group project to educate about the role of Performance Consultants, what it takes to be successful in the field, typical challenges they face and the importance of ongoing professional development.
